Using this site

This website exists to show you the ShirtShooter.co launcher and to help you buy one. You agree to use it lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt it, scrape it abusively, or misuse anything on it.

Ordering

Orders can be arranged by emailing [email protected] or through our marketplace listing. An order is only accepted when we confirm it — we may decline an order if an item is unavailable, if details look incorrect, or if we cannot ship to the address given.

Prices

The direct ShirtShooter.co price is $199.99. Our eBay listing shows $249.99 because marketplace fees are included there. Prices are in US dollars. If a price is ever displayed incorrectly, we will contact you before doing anything else rather than quietly charging a different amount.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor or through the marketplace you ordered on. Card details are handled by that processor, not stored by us. Secure Stripe checkout on this site is opening soon; until it opens, payment is arranged with the processor or marketplace as described at the point of order.

Shipping

Shipping is free. Orders ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx, with the carrier chosen by destination, available service and package. Residential and commercial addresses are both supported. We do not promise a specific carrier or an exact delivery date unless we have confirmed it for your order. Full details are on the Shipping Policy page.

Returns

Returns are covered by our 30-day no-hassle return policy: start a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing us, and the refund is processed after the returned item is received and checked. There is no restocking fee.

Availability

Availability can change. If something you ordered is not available, we will tell you and agree what to do — refund, substitute or wait — instead of leaving you guessing.

Safe and lawful use

The launcher is an event and entertainment device. You are responsible for using it lawfully and safely, for following the rules of the venue you are in, and for operating it with a clear line of fire and suitable projectiles only. Read Safety & Use before operating it. Do not use the product in a way that could injure people or animals, and do not present it as, or rely on it as, emergency, rescue, life-safety or certified safety equipment.

Intellectual property

The ShirtShooter.co name, wordmark, product images, text and page design on this site belong to ShirtShooter.co. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without permission. Third-party names that appear on this site — including payment networks and carriers — remain the property of their owners, and are named only to describe how orders are paid for and delivered.

Limitation and disclaimers (plain language)

We work to keep the information on this site accurate and the product working as described. We do not guarantee that the site will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for a product problem is limited to repairing, replacing or refunding the affected order, and we are not responsible for indirect losses such as a missed event. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Governing terms

These terms are governed by the laws that apply where the seller is established, without overriding your local consumer protections.
