Shipping Policy

Applies to all ShirtShooter.co orders.

Free shipping

Shipping is FREE on every order. The price you see is the price you pay — there is no separate shipping charge added at the end.

Carriers we use

Orders ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx. The carrier is chosen for your destination, the service that is actually available to that address, and the size and weight of the package. Because that choice is made per order, we do not promise a specific carrier or an exact delivery date unless it has been confirmed for your order.

Residential and commercial delivery

Both are supported:

• Residential / home delivery — shipped straight to your door.
• Commercial / business delivery — shipped to a business address, which is often useful for event venues, schools, gyms and offices.

Address accuracy

Please double-check the shipping address you give us. If an address turns out to be incomplete or incorrect, the shipment may be delayed or returned by the carrier, and we will work with you to get it to the right place. Tell us about an address problem as soon as you notice it.

Tracking

When the carrier provides tracking, we share it with you so you can follow the package. If tracking has not appeared yet, it usually means the carrier has not scanned the parcel into its network — a little patience is normal at that stage.

Lost or damaged shipments

If a shipment looks lost, stalled or damaged:

• Email [email protected] with your order details and, if you have it, a photo of any damage.
• We will raise the issue with the carrier and work the claim with you.
• We will keep you updated on what the carrier says and on what happens next.

Timing

We aim to get orders moving promptly, and we will tell you when your order has shipped. Delivery timing after that is in the carrier's hands, and varies by destination and service level.
